Courtney Morgan

Courtney Morgan is an artist, storyteller, design strategist, and environmental advocate of Jamaican descent, who’s work redistributes power by using design as a social practice. Codesigned with vulnerable communities, Courtney’s civic-scale projects have engaged hundreds both on the street and in venues such as the Reginald F. Lewis African American Museum and Parsons School of Design.

Courtney’s environmental art practice explores the interactions found in the natural and built environments. Courtney’s interest lay in the layers between storytelling that amplifies marginalized narratives, preservation of spaces and histories, and collective dreaming alongside communities. Courtney also teaches design strategy and interdisciplinary design at Parsons School of Design.

Justin Graham

Justin Graham has over a decade of experience as an architectural associate with an expertise in education and commercial design. Justin’s projects have involved K-12 education as well as university-level work. He also has a keen-eye for detail and brings SCRD immense rendering capabilities and experience, elevating our visuals for clients. Outside of the studio, Justin is an adjunct professor at Morgan State University School of Architecture + Planning where he teaches a variety of courses.

Natalia Pinzon Granados

Natalia Pinzon Granados is a strategic designer and historian with over 7 years of experience driving sustainable social impact through systems thinking and community-centered design methodologies. She collaborates with purpose-driven organizations to co-create innovative strategies that strengthen operations, enhance monitoring and evaluation, and catalyze lasting positive change.

Natalia's multifaceted expertise allows her to craft robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks that equip nonprofits and social enterprises to measure their impact effectively. She facilitates inclusive co-design processes that unite stakeholders across sectors to tackle complex challenges.
